2024 Honoree

Scott Craig

Scott Craig was diagnosed with ALS in 2019. He is an accomplished Chef and restaurateur and spent time cook in the rolling farmlands of Michigan and among the High Sierra's around Lake Tahoe. Scott now resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

His former outlets of artistry came out of a kitchen on plates, but as his disease has progressed, Scott has turned to painting and writing as outlets for emotional and expression and communication. With the advancement of technology, Scott now "cooks" with his eyes and uses infrared eye tracking to control the strokes of his "brush" against a digital canvas and is inspired by the energy of life he observes around him.
